Petr Bača, operating under the trade name Webs Bača ("Webs Bača", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, purchase or use our services, communicate with us, or participate in the Webs Bača Partner Program.
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, Clients, Partners, prospective Clients, prospective Partners, and other individuals whose information Webs Bača processes through its own services and systems.
Depending on how you interact with Webs Bača, we may collect the following categories of information.
1.1 Contact and account information
This may include: full name; business name; email address; telephone number; billing address; business address; account information; username; Partner account information; and other information you voluntarily provide.
1.2 Payment information
Payments may be processed through Stripe. Webs Bača does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on its own servers when payment information is submitted directly to Stripe. We may receive information from payment providers such as: transaction identifiers; payment status; transaction amount; currency; billing information; subscription status; and other information necessary to administer payments.

We may automatically receive certain technical information, including: IP address; browser type; operating system; device type; approximate geographic information derived from technical data; referring URL; pages viewed; interaction information; timestamps; and technical logs.
1.4 Website analytics
Webs Bača uses Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Webs Bača website and to improve website performance and functionality.
1.5 Security and anti-abuse information
We may collect information required to prevent fraud, abuse, spam, malicious activity, and unauthorized access. This may include information processed through Google reCAPTCHA or similar security technologies.
1.6 Partner Program information
When you register for or participate in the Partner Program, we may collect: name; email; social media account information; creator/influencer information; referral identifier; referral link; QR code identifier; referred Client information necessary to administer commissions; number of qualifying referrals; commission history; payout information; account status; fraud-prevention information; and communications with Webs Bača.
1.7 Referral tracking
Where you interact with a Partner referral link, Webs Bača may use cookies or similar technologies to associate a later qualifying purchase with the relevant Partner. The referral tracking window is currently 30 days. A referral is generally recognized only if a qualifying purchase is completed within the applicable tracking period and the referral can be technically attributed.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own legally appropriate privacy notices, cookie disclosures, forms, consent mechanisms, and other legal disclosures for visitors and customers of their Websites.
Webs Bača does not determine the purposes for which Client customer data is collected and used by the Client.
Where legally applicable, Webs Bača may act as a processor, service provider, or similar intermediary in relation to Client-provided personal information.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including: providing services; maintaining accounts; administering Partner commissions; preventing fraud; resolving disputes; enforcing agreements; complying with legal obligations; accounting; taxation; security; and protecting legal rights.

Certain records may need to be retained longer than active account information because of legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution requirements.

If a Partner voluntarily provides promotional content, such as videos, images, testimonials, reviews, social media posts, or similar material, Webs Bača may process and use the content as described in the Terms. Partner Content may be publicly displayed as part of Webs Bača's marketing activities.
Partners should not submit personal information of another individual unless they have the legal right and authorization to do so.
